Go Diego Go!

Our house has recently turned into a Diego episode and we are all part. Tanner is of course Diego, I am Sister Alicia, Brad is Dora (he is always trying to change this and Tanner's response is always the same, "No you're just Dora"), and Jackson is Baby Jaguar. Tanner is very good at staying in character and makes sure that we do as well. If I ask him to go get Jackson he will look at me like he has no idea who I am talking about and will say, "Do you mean Baby Jaguar?" He will also refer to me as Sister Alicia to other people. Those who know Tanner understand, the others, well....they may just think we are a little crazy. Here are some other favorite conversations with Tanner lately:

"Are you a mom or a lady?"
"Well I am both."
"Oh, hi big lady!"

His new favorite when he gets in trouble, "Mom, some Tanners just do that."

"Going to the Manwaring's so exciting. They'll probably tell me I look pretty good."

Jack Jack

Jackson finally has 4 teeth and LOVES to show them off. He loves to scrunch his nose up and smile-I think I did something similar as a baby. He can also stand up without holding onto anything. He is not sure what to do once he is up, but he sure is proud of himself and so are we. He loves to walk around holding onto his walker (which he can now direct) or he will come and find me grab my fingers and start walking. Such a funny little man. Now the problem with this little man is that he loves to climb! He thinks that it is great and will give the biggest smile once he is up, I on the other hand do not think that it is great and always end his fun with and arching back and crying. His favorites are to climb right next to Tanner anytime he is on a stool, the dishwasher (now he doesn't just want on the dishwasher he wants on the top shelf), or he will use a little chair and stand on the back of it (yest the part that will tip right over if not against a wall-lucky for us it always has been). Oh our little Jack Jack keeps us busy-and we all love it!
